Lincoln's Sparrow

Lincoln's Sparrow- species 168 After searching high and low for the 4th day for a Vesper Sparrow, I was determined to not come home empty handed. With wind and driving rain all afternoon I resorted to shoot everything that moved on my hike out and was really lucky to get just two shots off on this Lincoln's Sparrow. I grainy distant crop but I will take it :)

Lincoln's Sparrow- species 168 In hope of finding the elusive Vesper Sparrow I was able to get much better photos of the Lincoln's Sparrow I had encountered the day before. They gave me some nice poses in late afternoon light.
